Chelsea Orr

Chelsea's passion for retail bloomed at a very young age while working in many local boutiques in Burlington, Vermont. While attending the University of Vermont's Business School, Chelsea interned at Boston's Neiman Marcus. After graduating in May of 2000, she joined Neiman's management team full time. Ready to explore other career paths, she moved over to Pioneer Investments and worked in the finance world for a few years. Chelsea and her husband Darren moved to the South Shore from Boston in 2004. She began working for Talbots Corporate Offices in Hingham. At that time, she started pounding the pavement looking to pursue her dreams of launching a unique women's clothing boutique - Chel Bella was born in May of 2005 and expanded two years later. When Chelsea is not at the store dressing a myriad of women and delivering savvy fashion advice, she enjoys skiing, yoga, tennis, and spending time with her husband and two children.
